Estates and Trusts

We are experienced with the preparation of tax returns for estates and trusts. Several legal firms in Woodstock regularly refer their estate work to our office.

We will prepare the final tax returns for the deceased taxpayer, and help you sort through the paper burden that is often left behind. We will ensure that the least amount of tax is paid by reviewing the various tax returns that can be filed, and allocating income to these various returns.

We will complete your requests for Clearance Certificates and assist you with any correspondence received from the Canada Revenue Agency.
